Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers confidential one-on-one sessions where you discuss mental health concerns and personal goals, establishing tailored approaches with your therapist. Sessions, lasting 45 to 60 minutes, occur regularly to explore thoughts and emotions, develop coping skills, and promote personal growth with therapist support.

Relationship-Focused Therapy

Relationship-focused therapy goes beyond traditional couple’s and family counseling to address diverse connections impacting individuals' well-being, including friendships, work relationships, and community ties. We also provide support for individuals in non-monogamous relationships, as well as those with sexual and gender minority identities, affirming diverse lifestyles and identities.

Group Therapy

Group therapy typically comprises 5-12 individuals meeting regularly with a therapist to discuss shared concerns and learn from one another in a supportive environment. Led by a trained facilitator, sessions aim to foster personal growth, enhance coping skills, and cultivate connection among participants through mutual support and shared exploration.
